Wooden mixing spoon

1 cutting board

1 knife

1 oven tray

Ingredients:

250 g pack of Cream Cheese - (room temperature)

2/3 cup of thickened cream

3 tbsp of sour cream

1 cup of grated Mozzarella Cheese

1 1/2 cup of grated Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup of cheese for topping

2 spring onions and 1 spring onion for topping- chopped and washed

4 rashers of short cut bacon - chopped

4 garlic cloves - peeled and chopped/minced

1 onion - finely chopped

Pinch of dry garlic flakes

Salt and pepper

1 tablespoon of butter

1 Cobb Loaf

4 Bread buns for mini cob loaf and for dipping bread

Pinch Steps:

Pinch 1: Line oven tray with baking paper and preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Pinch 2: Cut a circle on top of your Cobb Loaf and carefully remove the 'lid'. Scoop out the soft bread inside the Cobb Loaf and break/cut bread buns and lids apart to make dipping pieces. Place into the oven for 10 minutes to crunchy up. (keep an eye on it)

Pinch 3: Prepare all your ingredients, slice the bacon, spring onions and onion into small pieces. Mince your garlic cloves. Then Start by placing all chopped ingredients into a frying pan and cook for 4 - 5 minutes or until the bacon has turned a golden brown colour. Remove from the heat.

Pinch 4: Place the softened cream cheese into the bacon and onion mixture on low-medium heat. Once softened and melting add sour cream and cream and mix well, add a pinch of salt, pepper and dry garlic flakes.

Pinch 5: Add the grated cheeses and stir through until combined.

Pinch 6: Spoon the delicious mixture into the hollowed-out Cobb Loafs and sprinkling the rest of the cheese on top then into the oven for 15 - 30 minutes.

Pinch 7: After 15 - 30 minutes, remove Cobb from the oven adding spring onions salt and pepper and serve HOT!!! So cheesy.
