Chipotle Corn Cobs

Nothing better then warm corn cobs with melted butter sprinkled with chipotle seasoning with a kick of lime over the top. It's so easy to make as a snack or a great side for dinner.

Prep time: 5mins Cook Time: 25mins

Serves: 4 or halves make 8

Utensils:

Bowl x2

Grill pan Pastry Brush

Ingredients:

4 large corn cobs

Chipotle Seasoning

1/2 cup melted butter

Lime

Coriander


Pinch Steps:

Pinch 1: Peel the husks off the corn. Brush with melted butter.

Pinch 2: Heat up the grill and add corn cobs, let cook for 25 minutes or till cooked and charcoaled.

Pinch 3: Once corn cobs are cooked, toss corn cobs in chipotle seasoning and squeeze with lime.

Serve hot!
