Chicken Lettuce Cups

Delicious & bursting with flavour!

I am such a sucker for lettuce cups. They are so low in carbs, I stuff my face without any quilt. I kid you not, this is the easiest quickest meal you could ever make. 🐓Chicken strips, cheese, tomato, cucumber, onion and avocado topped with ailio sauce.🐓

Perfect for quick dinner and even better-left overs for lunch the next day. Plus, it's budget-friendly and you can easily double or triple the recipe as needed.

Utensils:

Tonks

Cutting board & Knife

Paper towel


Ingredients: (all ingredients portions depend on your preference of topping) Add or take away anything.

Baby Cos Lettuce leaves cups - washed

Cherry tomatoes or whole tomatoes work fine also. Sliced

1 cup cheddar cheese - grated or sliced

1/2 red onion - sliced

1/2 avocado- sliced

Cucumber - chopped

2 cloves garlic

2 tbsp taco seasoning

1 tbsp parsley dried

1 tbsp butter

Oil

Salt & Pepper

Ailio sauce


Pinch Steps: (PHOTO BELOW)

Pinch1 1: Rinse whole lettuce leaves and pat dry with a paper towel, being careful not tear them. Set aside.

Pinch 2: Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic, oil and butter and let melt. Once melted add chicken and let brown, then turn over and let cook for another 3 minutes. Pinch 3: Arrange lettuce leaves and start building, I normally do cheese on the bottom followed by chicken just so the cheese can melt. Then top with the rest of the salad ingredients.
